Remaining Native is hosting a series of free screenings in Nevada (and beyond) in recognition of September 30, The Day of Remembrance for U.S. Indian Boarding Schools, also known as Orange Shirt Day—a time to honor and remember the children taken from their families and placed in residential schools.

We have developed strong partnerships to help us engage with the community and continue to raise awareness around the history and legacy of Indian Boarding Schools.

Attendees are encouraged to wear orange as a visible act of solidarity!
